I have been obese nearly all of my adult life. I had tried a few diets here and there, but nothing really stuck. Having someone make your meals makes dieting so much easier! This is the easiest diet I've ever been on and I lost weight with out feeling hungry. I tried several in-person diets and I found Weight Watchers to be the one for me! At first I went to meetings but I couldn't make them and then I felt bad and my counselor told me I could follow the plan via their web site, so I did. I have to admit the first phase of the South Beach Diet was pretty hard. I had to change my routine (morning bagel and coffee) and no beer! I also couldn't eat the bars I used to eat after working out. But once that's over, you get used to eating more healthy and it's not so bad. Good meal suggestions
I decided to try this plan because I like cooking and preparing my own food, but I just needed some suggestions for healthy alternatives.
