Having all my meals prepared for me was the greatest thing about this diet. I didn't have to spend time shopping or preparing meals or packing them up. I knew the meals would be healthy and that they were not frozen was a big selling point. Since I live close to a pick-up site, I got my meals myself. I'm not sure I would have done Diet-To-Go if I had to have them delivered. Picking them up made me feel like I was getting really fresh food.
