Breakfast: Your Weight Loss Friend

Check the date; It’s not April 1st, and this is not an April Fools Day joke. You can set yourself up to lose weight by eating the meal dubbed "the most important meal of the day": breakfast. I’m sure many of you skip breakfast because you’re too busy and you figure you don’t need the calories, but I’d be willing to bet that you will end up replacing those potential breakfast calories during the day with increased nibbling and binge eating especially at lunch and probably additionally at dinner too.

Making Weight Loss Happen

The truth is this: In order to lose weight you need to have the conviction, motivation, drive and desire to be successful. There is no magic pill or easy diet...it takes hard work and dedication to your weight loss plan, fitness regime and a change in lifestyle.

Stevia: An Alternative Zero Calorie Sweetener

A sprinkle over your strawberries, a spoonful in your morning coffee, zero calorie sweeteners have probably been a part of your diet since you started your weight loss program. Eat Eggs for Weight Loss

I bet you didn’t know that eating eggs could help you lose weight. In fact, I didn’t realize it until recently reading and researching the best foods for weight loss. Eating whole eggs is vital because the goodness of eggs is found in both parts: the white and the yolk. At the yellow center of an egg, the yolk contains over 90 percent of an egg’s calcium and iron. The white contains almost half the egg’s protein.

Okay, what weighs more: one pound of feathers or one pound of bricks? If you think this is a trick question, you’re right! A pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound of bricks one just has more volume than the other. If you think of muscle and fat in the same way you’ll bust those potential weight gain myths, lose fat and travel faster towards your weight loss goal.
