Energy Snacking

No matter how you slice it, dice it, or chop it up – snacks can either be the best addition to your weight loss plan, or the worst. Most weight loss plans or diets will encourage you to eat several smaller meals throughout the day rather than two or three larger meals. In order to avoid over-eating, several weight loss plans also recommend incorporating snacks into your food diary. I’m here to support and encourage this theory by providing you with energy boosting and fat blasting snack ideas. These snacks will surely be the best addition to your weight loss diet.

My Favorite Wholesome Foods

I spent years, and I mean YEARS of my life resorting to low-fat and fat free foods. I sacrificed flavor for chemically modified foods that were full of ingredients that were fake and processes and completely unhealthy. It didn’t make a difference to me – I thought because I was controlling my calories and fat intake (no matter how processed) that it would help me reach my goal weight, and ultimately my weight loss plan.

Wrong.

Improving your digestive health is one of the most important keys to meeting your weight loss goal. We heard the same thing from Tosca Reno’s 10, 10, 80 formula. You are what you eat!

Everyone knows how important it is to drink plenty of water. But few people actually drink the recommended amount of water each day. Why is that? Well, most people would probably tell you that they just don’t like the taste of water and they’d prefer to drink something else.

Salads: Low in Calories, Sugar and Fat!

Are you trying to lose weight by healthy dieting? Salads are a staple to all healthy weight loss diet plan.

In the winter, good salads can be hard to find. Lettuce is often colorless, tomatoes mealy, and greens lacking. With spring, however, salad ingredients reappear. And, in May, as gardens begin to yield their produce once again, tasty salads can make their way to our tables more frequently. In celebration of this, May has been named national salad month.
