The Mind, Body, Soul Connection

Tonight I took my very first Bikram Yoga class. I’m not sure what it was that inspired me to make the last decision to attend the workout routine class. Maybe it was the fact that it was raining all day or that it is Monday; either way I’m so very glad that I went. For a weight loss plan to be effective it’s important to switch up your workout routine from time to time and for me it just felt like a good time to make a change.

I’ve probably heard it all. Just like a grade school teacher who’s heard every excuse from his or her students not having their homework, I’ve heard every excuse as to why individuals can’t stick to their weight loss plan.
