Fitness Plans
As I've learned to eat better and make better choices, I was more interested in exercise and physical fitness programs. I wanted something that I could access anywhere since I have to travel for work and that also had additional items like DVDs for home workouts. So Denise Austin's program is perfect for me.
The fitness plan from the website set me in the right direction. I've been using some of Denise's DVDs too, and I take them with me when I travel. I have fun and motivational workouts as long as I have my laptop!
I try to do cardio for 20-30 minutes and I do her Pilates and Yoga DVDs for overall "mind-body-spirit."
The meal plans are great too and I've gotten more tips and hints for healthy eating habits, snacks and entire meals. Being on the road means I have to know how to eat in a restaurant to stay on my weight loss plan, so her website is a great help.
The plan is really great for me and my busy life. I've stayed motivated and on track and I look forward to working out because Denise makes it so much fun!
