Joy Bauer's Diet
I saw Joy Bauer on the Today Show and decided to try the plan. I don't have a lot of time, but I am on the computer most of the time at work, so keeping my food log during the day was easy. I used most of the online weight loss tools and they really helped me learn a lot about my eating habits and things I could do to drop some weight.
I also used the online fitness plan ...these things just helped me stay on track and see my progress. It felt good to look back and see what I had done the previous month!
I try to catch Joy on TV whenever I can. Her part of the show is great if you want to learn about nutrition and healthy eating and even what to look for when you're shopping or eating out. The people she features have some really touching stories about their weight loss, so it inspires me a lot.
