I decided to try this plan because I like cooking and preparing my own food, but I just needed some suggestions for healthy alternatives. I chose the "Mediterranean Style" meal plan and I really loved all of the recipes. I also liked how they offer and exercise log and lots of nutritional info. The plan basically helped me to change my lifestyle to be healthier, but you can be as drastic or as minimal as you want. I would recommend to anyone who wants to live healthier and lose weight on...
